A new Rotala sp in the hobby!! Very bright light, CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing is required to bring out the red coloration.

Bright light and nutrient rich substrate is required. Roots need to be trimmed occasionally.

Alternanthera reineckii 'rosanervig'

This plant has pink leaves with white colored veins. Grows compact under very high light. CO2 and nutrient dosing is required.

Undemanding plants which can be grown under various conditions. Can also be used as foreground plants under very bright light and regular pruning.

This plant requires bright light. Iron dosing along with regular fertilization will make this plant take on a maroon coloration.
