Marsilea hirsuta

This plant can be grown under various conditions but bright light, CO2 injection and adequate nutrients dosing will make this plant grow dense and as a carpet.  The plant is grown under farm condition and delivered with leaves like a four-leaf clover. After a transitional period it develops different type of leaves, and grow low as a carpet with single leaves

Heteranthera zosteraefolia

With bright light, CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing, is required for this plant to do well in the aquarium. Regular pruning is required.

Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

The long thin shaped leaves of this plant makes it ideal for midground or background of the aquarium.
