After a transitional period it develops different type of leaves, and grow low as a carpet with single leaves

This is a easy to grow free floating plant. This is a very delicate plant and dosent take transporting too well,

Potamogeton Octandrus - Green

Undemanding plant, once established in the aquarium will grow fast. Frequent pruning is needed to maintain shape.
