This plant requires bright light. Iron dosing along with regular fertilization will make this plant take on a maroon coloration.

Najas roraima

Under high light and nutrient dosing, the tip of the plant turns red. The leaves have dotted pattern. Care must be taken as the stems of this delicate plant can break off easily. They can also be kept as floating plant.

Hygrophila difformis

Suitable for aquariums with bright light and will look good when kept in well spaced groups.

Undemanding plant which can tolerate soft or hard water.

This adaptable floating plant can be kept in pond or open topped aquariums with adequate ventilation.
