Lagenandra nairii 'Compact'

Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

Description: Requires very bright light. CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing will bring the red coloration.

After a transitional period it develops different type of leaves, and grow low as a carpet with single leaves

Echinodorus Big Bear
