Lagenandra nairii 'Compact'

Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

This plant can tolerate high temperature. CO2 and nutrients are required for the plant to become orange red.

The long thin shaped leaves of this plant makes it ideal for midground or background of the aquarium.
