Cuphea anagalloidea

Cuphea anagalloidea is a small, demanding stem plant. Its shoots grow around 1.5 to 2 cm wide, measured from leaf tip to leaf tip. The striking red colour on the upper side of the submersed leaves is most intensive under strong light, and it can look like it was brushed on. The red leaves often have small green spots.

Lagenandra toxicaria -green

Undemanding plant but will do very well in nutrient rich substrate, bright light, CO2 and adequate nutrient dosing.

Hygrophila odora

Hygrophila odora is similar to difformis but differs by their narrower form. A nutrient rich substrate, water column nutrient dosing, adequate lights and CO2 injection will bring the best out of this plant.

Najas indica

Care must be taken as the stems of this delicate plant can break off easily. They can also be kept as floating plant.

Ludwigia arcuata- Dark red

Very bright light, CO2 injection, and adequate dosing is required for this plant to do well in the aquarium.

Cryptocoryne lucens

Cryptocoryne lucens is another hardy plant that is slow growing and easy to maintain. It will grow under a wide variety of lighting conditions.

Staurogyne sp.'Porto velho'

This plant grows best under strong light. It can also be attached to driftwood or rocks. Picture is for representation only.

Hyptis lorentziana

Under high light and adequate nutrients dosing this plants leaves turn purple red. Easy to propagate through cuttings.
