Lagenandra nairii 'Compact'

Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

Microsorum pteropus - 'Java Fern ordinary"

Widely known as “Java Fern”- is the classic variant of ‘Microsorum pteropus’ and one of the largest in aquatic ferns. The new leaves of this epiphyte are light green & mature leaves are broad- dark green – hammered structure &uneven surfaces with lush leaves. This can be placed in back and mid sections of aquariums. Clean and clear water is required as debris may clog the fine leaves.

Requires very bright light, CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing for this plant to do well in the aquarium.

This plant is not very hard to keep, but will do best with CO2 injection. Multiply by lateral shoots.

Good plant for beginners. Can be grown under various conditions.

Phyllanthus fluitans

Easy to grow floating plant. Under right conditions the leaves turn slightly reddish and flowers.

This is a fast growing plant and should be pruned regularly. The top should be cut for it to branch.
