Microsorum pteropus - 'Java Fern ordinary"

Widely known as “Java Fern”- is the classic variant of ‘Microsorum pteropus’ and one of the largest in aquatic ferns. The new leaves of this epiphyte are light green & mature leaves are broad- dark green – hammered structure &uneven surfaces with lush leaves. This can be placed in back and mid sections of aquariums. This plant has no specific requirement other than strong light. Periodic pruning is required to produce a densely packed bush.

This plant requires bright light. Iron dosing along with regular fertilization will make this plant take on a maroon coloration.
