After a transitional period it develops different type of leaves, and grow low as a carpet with single leaves

Ludwigia inclinata

Very bright light, CO2 injection, and adequate dosing is required for this plant to do well in the aquarium.

Najas indica

Care must be taken as the stems of this delicate plant can break off easily. They can also be kept as floating plant.
