Cuphea anagalloidea

Cuphea anagalloidea is a small, demanding stem plant. Its shoots grow around 1.5 to 2 cm wide, measured from leaf tip to leaf tip. The striking red colour on the upper side of the submersed leaves is most intensive under strong light, and it can look like it was brushed on. The red leaves often have small green spots.

Potamogeton Octandrus - Red

Undemanding plant, once established in the aquarium will grow fast. Frequent pruning is needed to maintain shape.

Staurogyne sp.'Porto velho'

This plant grows best under strong light. It can also be attached to driftwood or rocks. Picture is for representation only.

Utricularia graminifolia

Requires very bright light. CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing helps this plant to do well in the aquarium. Size 5 X 5 cm

Important: This is a very delicate and sensitive plant so damages during transit is very high.

Elatine triandra

Very bright light, CO2 and adequate nutrients are required for this plant to grow as a carpet.

Najas roraima

Under high light and nutrient dosing, the tip of the plant turns red. The leaves have dotted pattern. Care must be taken as the stems of this delicate plant can break off easily. They can also be kept as floating plant.

Heteranthera zosteraefolia

With bright light, CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing, is required for this plant to do well in the aquarium. Regular pruning is required.

Hygrophilla Corymbosa 'compacta'

This is a fast growing plant and should be pruned regularly. The top should be cut for it to branch and grow compact.

Ludwigia atlantis 'Dark Orange'

This beautiful plant has golden yellow with green colored leaves and perfect for Dutch aquariums. Under high light it develops red stripes along the sides of leaves.
