Lagenandra nairii 'Compact'

Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

Very Bright light, CO2 injection and adequate dosing is required for this plant to do well in the aquarium.

Can be grown under low lights too. Grows into a beautiful lawn and can be used as a mid grown plant and background in nano tanks.

Can be grown under various aquarium conditions but will look more attractive with bright light and CO2

This plant is easy to care for given the right conditions of strong light and iron rich substrate. Will look good in the center of aquarium in small groups

Cryptocoryne Axelrodi is relatively easy to maintain and it is a slow growing plant. This is a narrow leaf crypt which is quite hardy with almost all water types and is greeninsh brown in colour

Easy to grow back ground plant with variable leaf shape and reddish brown color.

This plant can be kept compact and small by periodic pruning.

Smallest cryptocoryne sp which can be used as a foreground plant. Unlike other cryptocoryne sp this plant requires high light.
