Lagenandra nairii 'Compact'

Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

An attractive hybrid variety with ruby red lanceolate leaves.

Hemianthus umbrosum

This plant grows faster in bright light conditions and CO2 injection. Should be planted in small groups to make a bush.

Heteranthera zosteraefolia

With bright light, CO2 injection and adequate nutrient dosing, is required for this plant to do well in the aquarium. Regular pruning is required.
