Lagenandra nairii 'Compact'

Lagenandra nairii ‘Compact’ is endemic to Chalakkudy, Kerala and is quite unique for its stunning compact growing habit; obviously the compact in Lagenandra varieties.

This can be grown submersed as well as emerged in paludariums/ terrariums/ photospheres etc.

Cryptocoryne lucens is another hardy plant that is slow growing and easy to maintain. It will grow under a wide variety of lighting conditions.

Grows high and can be used as a background plant. This low demanding plant can be grown emersed and submersed. Ensure rhizome is not fully buried.

Bright to Very bright light is required for the plant to grow well in the aquarium.

This plant can be used in terrarium or paludarium. It does not survive submerged for more than a few months.
